Convenient Care Clinics (CCCs) are small healthcare facilities located in high-traffic retail outlets, often close to pharmacies, that provide affordable and accessible, non-emergency health care to consumers who otherwise would have to wait for appointments with a traditional Primary Care Physician or Provider (PCP). How many Convenient Care Clinics exist in the United States today?

Since the first CCC opened in 2000, the Convenient Care industry has grown quickly. Today, the CCA estimates that there are over 800 such clinics operated by over a dozen companies across America.
